Who to recommend
All candidates hired by XLG on permanent contracts* from 01/01/2023 onwards, with blue-collar or white-collar status, in all departments. *If the person recommended starts on a temporary contract after 01/01/2023 and subsequently receives a permanent contract, their application will be taken into account in the sponsorship campaign from the moment their permanent contract begins, provided they were recommended at the start of their temporary contract.
Who can recommend a candidate?
All employees* under contract with XLG (CDD / CDR or CDI) *However, the ambassador cannot be: a Business Unit Manager a member of the Talent Acquisition team a member of the Executive Committee
How will I be rewarded for my collaboration?
You can receive a gross bonus of €450* paid in three instalments: a third if the person you recommended is still in service after 3 months, a second third after 6 months' service and the balance after 12 months. An additional gross bonus of €300*, also paid in three instalments, will be offered for specialized technical profiles (pipefitter, welder, electrician, electromechanic, etc.) and for all employee profiles. *This bonus is prorated according to the working time of the person hired.
What are the conditions?
The candidate is newly hired by XLG and not transferred from one XLG entity to another. The new recruit must still be in service at the 3, 6 and 12 month seniority deadlines, and must not be on long-term sick leave. If the new recruit is in the notice period, the campaign is cancelled. The ambassador must still be in service at the 3, 6 and 12-month seniority deadlines. In the event of incapacity for work, the bonus is paid in the month of return to work. New recruits may also take an active part in the sponsorship campaign as soon as they join the company.
How do I recommend a candidate?

Transmets le CV du candidat à ton responsable ou envoie-le par mail à l’équipe RH (talent@xlg.eu) en mentionnant la fonction à laquelle il aimerait postuler ET qu’il s’agit d’un candidat recommandé dans le cadre de la campagne de parrainage. <b>ATTENTION ! Pour que l’engagement rentre dans les conditions de ce programme, il faut que le recrutement soit passé par l’équipe RH. Ceci n’est pas valable pour le recrutement des aide-ménagères qui est géré par les agences en direct.</b>
