Maintenance and technical assistance contract
XLG offers a service between the visit contract and the complete contract. The service is divided into three sections:
- Preventive maintenance
- Technical assistance
- Work schedule
This type of contract is entirely personalized to each customer, as they themselves define the framework of their contract.
Preventive Maintenance
XLG carries out regular checks, maintenance and adjustments to dust removal systems, both in operation and at standstill, according to frequencies agreed with the customer. They also carry out any minor repairs required during visits, within pre-established limits. XLG maintains a stock of spare parts belonging to the customer. The customer is kept informed of visits and work carried out, either through regular reports, or via its own CMMS system if XLG is authorized to use it. This enables us to provide the customer with all the parameters characterizing his installations.

Work Schedule
Preventive maintenance allows XLG to regularly monitor the life cycle of its installations, enabling them to plan the necessary maintenance work several months in advance. Each year, XLG proposes a work schedule to the customer, presented in the form of a quotation card. The customer can choose to place an order for the proposed work, depending on factors such as the state of the filters and the available budget. It is important to note that this forecast does not constitute a commitment to order on the part of the customer.
Technical Assistance
XLG appoints a key contact at the customer's site to ensure effective communication. They advise the customer on all aspects of dust removal, and ensure regular monitoring of the contract. This contract gives the customer control over their plant and a dedicated advisor for all dust control issues, while enabling XLG to manage their inventory more efficiently.

The visit contract
XLG works with the customer to draw up a program of expert visits to the dust removal installations, depending on the criticality of the workstations.
XLG carries out the necessary checks, measurements and adjustments, as well as minor maintenance work, at each visit.
Each visit gives rise to a report containing :
- Assessment of controls, measurements and adjustments
- Recommendations for maintenance work
- Tips for using dust collectors
- Proposals followed by sales proposals

The complete maintenance contract
This contract covers ALL DUST CLEANING INSTALLATIONS FROM DUST COLLECTION POINT TO CLEAN GAS OUTLET.
This is a lump-sum contract comprising :
- The labor required for inspections, filter media replacement and precisely defined maintenance work;
- The supply of all filter media and all parts clearly defined between the two parties;
- XLG has a daily presence with the plant's decision-makers and foremen.
The relationship between XLG and the customer is based on monthly reports and a filter register kept by our technicians.
As part of the complete contract, XLG is able to guarantee rejection rates in line with current legislation and to support the customer in certification procedures.
How did XLG calculate its carbon footprint?
Since 2022, XLG has carried out its annual carbon footprint by analyzing all its emissions across the three scopes: Scope 1: our direct emissions (vehicle fleet, fuel consumption, etc.), Scope 2: our electricity and energy consumption, Scope 3: all indirect emissions (purchases, travel, waste, etc.). This comprehensive approach gives us a global view of our environmental impact and enables us to identify concrete avenues for reduction. This data serves as a compass to guide our actions, with a clear objective: to reduce our emissions by at least 3% per year.
