The art of shaping industry!

Welding is a branch of industry that covers all the activities involved in the production of sheet metal, tubes and profiles for the manufacture of equipment in all industrial sectors. It covers all operations involved in the manufacture and transformation of metal parts from different materials such as steel or stainless steel.

Our services

Mechanical manufacturing

Our welding workshop can meet all your manufacturing requirements. Our experts will discuss your requirements with you, and come up with solutions that best meet them.
We produce tailor-made fabrications in steel, stainless steel and aluminum.

XLG works on welding in its own workshop, but can also work on site. Our boilermaking team works with iron such as IPN, IPE, HEA, etc. XLG is also an expert in all types of welding. We mainly use steel, for more economical applications. We also galvanize steel for a better finish. We can also work with stainless steel and brushed stainless steel. Stainless steel is a component that never rusts.

Securing

All XLG employees have the necessary training, certification and qualifications to guarantee the highest quality and safety on your worksites.

Our welding team is at your service, and will do its utmost to meet your needs.

Troubleshooting

XLG has the resources to ensure a fast, efficient response. Our staff are available to respond as quickly as possible to your breakdown needs.

Our highly qualified staff are dedicated to reducing your machine downtime.

How did XLG calculate its carbon footprint?

Since 2022, XLG has carried out its annual carbon footprint by analyzing all its emissions across the three scopes: Scope 1: our direct emissions (vehicle fleet, fuel consumption, etc.), Scope 2: our electricity and energy consumption, Scope 3: all indirect emissions (purchases, travel, waste, etc.). This comprehensive approach gives us a global view of our environmental impact and enables us to identify concrete avenues for reduction. This data serves as a compass to guide our actions, with a clear objective: to reduce our emissions by at least 3% per year.

How can you find out more about your ESG approach?

If you would like to find out more about our ESG approach, please do not hesitate to contact Charlotte Quinten directly at charlotte.quinten@xlg.eu. You can also consult our impact report, which details our actions, commitments and objectives for a more sustainable future.

Do you have any certifications in line with your commitments?

XLG has been awarded the "Committed" badge by EcoVadis, and our Facility businesses are ISO 14 001 certified. XLG has also developed the XLG Safe & Natural range in partnership with the HTS Bio laboratory in France to meet the specific requirements of our worksites. This range, at the cutting edge of biotechnology, uses probiotics to guarantee prolonged product efficacy.

Expertise

Our team benefits from ongoing training, ensuring cutting-edge expertise in every area of intervention. Whatever the service, our certified workers deliver top-quality service, guaranteeing reliable results that comply with the strictest standards.

The results

Our teams of certified experts guarantee optimized procedures and impeccable results. Versatile and efficient, we respond to all requests, rigorously complying with regulations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

On-site quality

On the job site, quality is our top priority. With rigorous standards and continuous quality control, we are committed to delivering excellence at every stage, ensuring lasting results and total customer satisfaction.

The welding's mission is divided into 3 stages

  • Stage 1: Design

The design process begins with a drawing or analysis of the object to be manufactured. The welding team then transfers the shape indications to the sheet metal at actual size. During the design phase, the part is cut to size before the metal part is shaped. Shaping is carried out using a variety of processes, including bending, rolling and flattening. Next comes the welding assembly stage.

  • Stage 2: Site supervision

XLG staff can come to your site to meet your large-scale requirements. They go to the job site to assemble the parts.

  • Stage 3: Maintenance

Once your work is complete, we take care of the maintenance of your site. Our experts are on hand to maintain and repair industrial equipment should it break down.
