Machining is a family of processes used to manufacture parts by chip removal. The principle of machining is to remove material to give the raw part the desired shape and dimensions, using a machine tool. This technique produces high-precision parts.

Troubleshooting single-part machining

The shoot

Conventional and CNC turning is provided for both single-part and series machining. Turning is a machining process involving the removal of material from a blank, the starting volume from which the part to be machined is to be shaped.

Milling

Milling is a manufacturing process in which the removal of material in the form of chips results from the combination of two movements: the rotation of the cutting tool, on the one hand, and the advance of the workpiece, on the other.

Conventional and CNC milling are managed according to the specific requirements of the parts to be produced.

This spray-hardfacing process enables repairs to be carried out without deforming or changing the structure of the part.

Our machine shop boasts a wide range of tools and equipment (milling machines, cylinder grinders, traditional and hydraulic drilling machines, shot-blasting machines, machining centers, CNC lathes, etc.). Our team can create drawings and manufacture new parts from worn or broken parts for which drawings are no longer available.
