XLG structures itself into hubs
XLG is structured around several hubs in Belgium, France and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, as well as 19 service voucher agencies. By consolidating our resources and skills within these hubs, we are positioning ourselves even more effectively to meet our customers' needs and expectations.

XLG embarks on an ESG approach
The ESG trajectory is becoming a priority at XLG. Focused on the pillars of the organization, employee relations, environmental protection, and customer and partner satisfaction.

XLG Home
Domestic Services becomes XLG Home and strengthens the purchasing power and well-being of its household helpers.

Bringing together all companies within a single XLG structure, with the creation of HR, Sales, Marketing, IT and other areas of expertise...

BELCCO
Grouping of all classic cleaning companies under a single brand: Belcco.

Caro Maintenance
As industrial activities in Liège spread to the Charleroi region, the Carolo branch of the group was created under the name Caro Maintenance.

XL GROUP
All the companies were brought together within a single group. XL Group is born!

BRUCCO
Following a successful tender from Royale Belge (Axa), Brucco (Brussels Cleaning Company) is born.

DAMAGE CONTROL - ENCORE
The group diversifies and enters the construction sector with EnCoRe, and post-disaster cleaning is created with Damage Control.

LUCCO
The classic cleaning activities are extended to the province of Luxembourg and the Lucco company is created.

EC&M
To serve Cockerill-Sambre, EC&M, a company specializing in industrial cleaning and maintenance, is born. The company went on to serve a large number of industrial customers in Liège.

GECCO
Xavier Laloux buys Gecco, where he was previously CFO.
