Since 2022, XLG has carried out an annual carbon audit, analyzing all its emissions across three scopes:Scope 1: our direct emissions (vehicle fleet, fuel consumption, etc.),Scope 2: our electricity and energy consumption,Scope 3: all indirect emissions (purchases, travel, waste, etc.).This comprehensive approach gives us a global view of our environmental impact and enables us to identify concrete avenues for reduction. This data serves as a compass to guide our actions, with a clear objective: to reduce our emissions by at least 3% per year.

In 2023, XLG implemented a series of initiatives to improve well-being at work. Daily and annual monitoring of employee satisfaction and commitment has enabled internal policies to be adjusted.
