Space management consulting
As part of your renovation project, we organize an initial meeting to identify your architectural needs and desires. Our approach begins with an analysis of your objectives and the challenges involved indesigning your workspace. We take into account your desires, your corporate culture, the views of your employees and your way of working.
We'll share our visions with you, as well as our research on how to optimize your workspace and find the best layout strategy for your organization.
In addition, we carry out a feasibility study and a technical audit that will enable us to establish an initial intention that will lead to an initial budget estimate.
Interior design
During the preliminary phases of your project, a visit and survey of the building will enable us to create a 3D model on which your project can take shape. On the basis of this, it will be easy for us to discuss the various points and end up with your final virtual visit in which you can project yourself and visualize your future premises in hyper-realism. Once the design has been validated, if necessary, we'll draw up the various technical plans required for implementation, provide you with a detailed price quotation for what has been presented to you, and organize a schedule.

How did XLG calculate its carbon footprint?
Since 2022, XLG has carried out its annual carbon footprint by analyzing all its emissions across the three scopes: Scope 1: our direct emissions (vehicle fleet, fuel consumption, etc.), Scope 2: our electricity and energy consumption, Scope 3: all indirect emissions (purchases, travel, waste, etc.). This comprehensive approach gives us a global view of our environmental impact and enables us to identify concrete avenues for reduction. This data serves as a compass to guide our actions, with a clear objective: to reduce our emissions by at least 3% per year.

XLG has been awarded the "Committed" badge by EcoVadis, and our Facility businesses are ISO 14 001 certified.
