XLG receives the “Committed” badge awarded by Ecovadis in recognition of its sustainable commitments!

We are proud to announce that XLG has been awarded the "Committed" badge following its participation in the Ecovadis survey. This recognition recognizes our daily efforts to build a sustainable future by placing social, environmental, and ethical issues at the heart of our services and relationships.

BUT WHAT IS ECOVADIS?

EcoVadis is a globally recognized platform that evaluates companies on their sustainability and social responsibility (ESG) performance. The EcoVadis network includes more than 150,000 evaluated companies.

EcoVadis ratings provide a detailed assessment of a company's sustainability performance. XLG's objectives in participating in the EcoVadis survey are to identify areas for improvement in its current ESG strategy and develop targeted action plans.

The evaluation focuses on four main themes:

- Environment
- Work and human rights
- Ethics
- Sustainable purchasing

OUR “COMMITTED” BADGE

The Committed badge is for first-time participants who demonstrate a clear commitment to further progress. It provides a solid foundation for embarking on a journey toward sustainable growth.

XLG'S STRENGTHS

We are proud of the strengths our EcoVadis assessment has highlighted. XLG achieved good scores (>=50/100) in all four EcoVadis areas, thanks in part to existing policies. For example, our environmental policy confirms our ambitions, particularly in terms of greenhouse gas reduction, energy consumption, and waste, with quantitative reduction targets.

Furthermore, at XLG, employee well-being is a top priority. Our efforts in this regard have been rewarded, notably through organized training, our whistleblower policy, and anti-discrimination measures.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Obtaining the "Committed" badge confirms our clear ambition to continue implementing actions that have a positive impact on our customers, our employees, and the environment. The EcoVadis approach is a starting point and a tremendous opportunity to strengthen our commitment and improve our ESG strategy.
