At XLG, ESG isn’t just a concept. It’s a tangible initiative driven by the men and women who are making a difference every day.

We are proud to take another step forward with the official launch of our ESG network. 

What is an ESG relay?

An ESG Ambassador is a dedicated team memberwho serves as a local ambassador for XLG’s sustainability initiatives.

What is his role?

• Bringing ESG to life in the field 
• Share best practices in your region
• Inspire your colleagues
• And above all… turning ideas into concrete actions

Because at XLG, impact isn’t something you just declare. It’s something we build together.

Why this network?

Given the diversity of our activities and teams, one thing is clear: ESG must be implemented locally to be effective.

That’s exactly where ESG relays come into play.

They allow you to:

• Establish a direct link between ESG strategy and on-the-ground operations
• Accelerate the rollout of concrete initiatives
• Gather feedback, needs, and insights from the field
• Unite teams around meaningful initiatives

What exactly do they do?

ESG teams aren't here to just talk theory. Their mission is 100% action 

For example, they can:

• Raise awareness among their teams about ESG issues
• Launch local initiatives (waste management, transportation, social inclusion, etc.)
• Promote internal challenges such as the ESG XLG Challenge
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the field
• Serve as a point of contact for all ESG-related questions

A collective initiative

Above all, this network is a human journey.

Our ESG ambassadors come from different regions and fields, but they share a common goal: to make XLG an increasingly responsible and committed company

And they're not alone.
