XLG consolidates its Liège operations in a brand new hub in Milmort!

A single site in Milmort to promote collaboration and efficiency

Since June 23, 2025, all our entities active in the Liège region have been under one roof at 130, rue du Charbonnage, 4041 Milmort. This milestone marks the start of a new adventure for XLG, celebrated at the official inauguration on October 13, 2025.

Our former locations

Before this major consolidation, our activities were spread over several sites:

• Renovation & finishing: Sclessin.
• Roof: Saint-Nicolas.
• Industrial maintenance, industrial cleaning, facilities and green spaces: Flémalle.

From now on, all this expertise will be centralized in our new hub in Milmort: a modern, unified space designed to encourage collaboration and innovation in the service of the future.

Why the move?

With almost 250 employees - workers, technicians and administrative staff - our new hub represents much more than just a merger:

• Greater cohesion and synergy: Getting all our teams to work together strengthens exchanges and interdisciplinarity.
• Dedicated logistics space: 7,000 m² to store our equipment, vehicles and tools, ready to take to the field every day.
