Identification and Regulatory Marking

Each container processed by XLG is marked with a unique number welded onto the front—numbers at least 100 mm high, positioned at the top of the front panel on the driver's side.

Locks & Security

Door Locks and Security Measures

Door security is non-negotiable. XLG systematically installs two locks per container, with a security latch above the main lever.

  • 2 locks per container + safety hook
  • Hinges with no pins, welded washers
  • Chains compatible with Ø15 mm T-hooks
  • U-shaped profiles for securing doors and handling
Structure & Sheet Metal Work

Sheet metal, floor, frame, and lifting eye

Structural damage to the floor or walls is repaired by replacing or reinforcing the sheet metal. The lifting ring is inspected routinely—if it is worn, XLG replaces or reinforces it.

  • Replacement or repair of sheet metal (floor, walls)
  • Chassis flatness check — report any warping
  • Lifting eye: S355 steel, height 1,450 mm
  • Non-compliant rollers removed and replaced
Sandblasting & Rebranding

Sandblasting, Painting, and Signage

XLG performs a complete sandblasting of the exterior, followed by a coat of primer and a topcoat, and handles the entire visual transformation of your containers.

  • Complete sandblasting + primer + spray-applied finish
  • Removal of old stickers, degreasing
  • Lettering, logo, and signage on all four sides
